Laravel 5 Full Time Developer to help us Migrate away from SalesForce

Looking for a full time programmer for a 4-month contract. We're leaving SalesForce and are moving all of our CRM needs onto our own custom platform. Looking for help to meet our migration deadline to port our data and custom features over to Laravel 5.

Candidates must have at least 3 years experience with and be an expert in:
PHP
HTML5
CSS3
SQL based DBs
Javascript / jQuery

The ideal candidate has experience with:
Bootstrap
Laravel 5
Sass
postgreSQL
GIT

This is a full-time contract, work from home position that is available immediately and ends Jan. 30th.
