>> Who are we?
We are a German-American husband-and-wife team of digital nomads. We love traveling, meeting new people and learning about new cultures. We have two kids and currently live in a tiny mountain village in Northern Spain.

We help business owners communicate and connect with the people who can benefit most from their services. That means we build brand identities based on a solid brand strategy. We have big goals for our little company and we’re looking for tea ---------- mbers that want to grow with us.

But enough about us, let’s talk about you!

>> Who are you?

You’re a Webflow and WordPress developer with at least 5 years of experience. We want an experienced front-end developer and programmer, so you need good technical knowledge of Webflow and WordPress to build and optimize websites. Technical skills are more important to us than design skills. But if you have all, even better!

Here’s what you will be doing:

· Update and maintain existing Webflow or WordPress websites (Divi, Elementor, BeTheme)
· Develop websites based on Photoshop (or XD or Figma) designs
· Design websites in line with established brand guidelines
· Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.


Requirements:
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
· Proficiency in website optimization (speed & content)
- Webflow Development (Style Guides, CMS, Responsive Design, Class Naming, Web Development Best Practices)
· Ability to build simple membership or course platform.
• Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas, out-of-the-box thinker.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new things.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
· Good internet connection.

BONUS
• Excellent visual design skills.

Other important details
- Work hours are flexible. Most communication will be done via email, FB messenger, WhatsApp/Telegram or through a project management app (Asana). We’re located in Spain, so obviously there’s a time difference to consider. Occasionally we might hop on a Zoom call to discuss a project.
- This is a freelance position for now. We’re hoping to grow and add more hours in the future or turn it into a part-time or full-time job.
- Pay is based on skill set but 100,000% of your financial success is based on your output. We’ll have a base pay of $10-$20 depending on the job and your skills, plus project-based bonuses.
