E-commerce & website content writer

Hi, we are located in Australia with a business in the US specializing in pet products. We are looking for a full-time all-rounder experienced Ecommerce virtual assistant who can handle the daily tasks of our eCommerce platforms, as well as who can work alongside our SEO manager to create SEO-friendly content for our websites. You must be a self-starter who is able to accomplish tasks with little or no supervision/direction.

Daily Routine Tasks will involve:
- Check stock levels across different sales channels
- Order fulfillments across different sales channels
- Customer service email responses
- Creative content writing, editing proofreading

Other random tasks will involve but are not limited to:
- Communicate with the contact windows of different sales channels
- Upload product listings
- Initial setup on new E-commerce channels

This is a job opportunity where you can grow with the company, however, you must have these experiences to apply:

1. Have experience in managing E-commerce channels for at least 2 years.
2. Excellent in verbal and written communication in English
3. Have a good internet connection and video conference capabilities, must be contactable during working hours.
4. You will need to process orders during weekends, but other than that, we do not expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
5. Has innate LOVE for pets
