Founded in 2015, Take More Adventures LLC, is one of the fast-growing Instagram pages and websites that seek to inspire the next adventures of our community. Take More Adventures' main purpose is to create and curate high-quality content that creates an environment that inspires ---------- 2020, we rebuilt our website to focus on content that can assist travel and help provide insights to users on where to travel to next.

Mission:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing key business partnerships focusing on driving long-term value for Take More Adventures.

Roles:

- Research brands and organizations to identify new business opportunities
- Build business proposals & pitch decks, customized to each respective business opportunity
- Partner with internal team to develop growth, business & product strategies
- Manage and retain relationships with existing customers, focusing on increasing value & satisfaction
- Key customer point of contact
- Partner with development, design, production, and operations to ensure customer needs are being met
- Stay knowledgeable of competition, industry news & happenings
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services & business models
- Performs other duties as assigned

Outcomes:

Q3 2021 – Finalize New Customer Pitch Deck
Q3 2021 – Present New Business Opportunity Strategy to Leadership
Q4 2021 – Establish 10-15 New Leads
Q4 2021 – Build & Pitch 3 New Customers
Q4 2021 – Take over managing 1 key existing customer
Q1/Q2 2022 – Onboard 2 New Customers with annual revenue forecast >$10K
Q4 2022 – Manage customer base with >$100K in projected 2023 revenue

Performance Measurements:

- Meet or Exceed Quarterly Revenue Targets
- Contribution Dollars by Brand
- # of New Customers/Partners
- Partner Satisfaction

- Communication: Dynamic, articulate & well-spoken. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation & negotiation skills

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience preferred
- Travel Industry experience preferred
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana (or similar project management software)
