• Analyze Experian, Equifax, and Transunion in order to prepare the appropriate letters for clients
• Identify negative factors that need to be addressed which will lead to improvement of credit profile
• Navigate various systems
• Identify the key contributors to the client’s current score
• Document changes made to credit profiles and scores
• Strong customer service skills
