We’re a fast-growing IT service provider and we’re looking for an executive virtual assistant to assist in our company. We envision this turning into a full-time position for the right person.
Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor, respond, and organize
• Schedule/coordinate executives’ meetings
• Prepare reports and presentation for internal and client meetings
• Assist in company projects
• Attend and document the meetings thru minutes of the meetings
• Research depending on the industry or topic assigned to support management objectives
• Handle and record time entries in computer systems as needed
• Coordinate events
• Other admin tasks needed by management
Requirements & Skills:
• Have a minimum 1 year executive assistant experience
• Graduate of any 4-year course, in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficient in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Superb organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and focus on task completion is critical
• Quick learner and work well without constant supervision.
• Can communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written format
• Sound understanding of business concepts
• Super-savvy Internet user and know the best sites to gather information
• Excellent transcription skills and can send out minutes of the meetings timely.
• An interest (or experience) in Information Technology is a huge plus.
• Can work within US Pacific time 8 AM to 5 PM (currently 11 PM-8 AM Philippine time).
