Right now, my team and I are growing INCREDIBLY fast, and we are currently looking for our next Social Media Appointment Setter. This is a role that can quickly climb to $3-4K USD/month, so please read below carefully:

I am looking for a highly driven, focused individual with GREAT ENGLISH (speaking and writing), who is hungry to succeed in a sales messaging role.

This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week. You must have availability from 9 AM - 5 PM CST, and/or possibly 5 PM - 12 AM CST. Central Time is the time zone that we are in. (This position will REQUIRE working on both Saturday and Sunday in a full time capacity in CST time zone, and you will be given a 2 day weekend during M-F)

This means no side hustles. Whatever business you are currently working on, you will have to discontinue, as your financial goals and impact ($10K+months) will be achieved WITHIN our team, not outside of it.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Spending 10-12 hours/day (Yes, 10-12 hours) sending messages to people on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to book sales calls.
-Following a provided script, and also working with the sales leadership team to develop even better messaging strategies.
-Messaging people to confirm their existing sales calls, to ensure a maximum show up rate.
-Calling people on the phone to confirm sales calls.
-Working directly with our phone closers to enroll clients into our program.
-Managing a team of virtual assistants to assist.

This is VERY Important to understand... this is a SALES EMPHASIS ROLE.

Because you will be messaging AND calling people in English on a daily basis, your English skills must be highly skilled.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
-If your English is not great (you cannot write with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply
-If you are not willing to go ALL IN with our company, and like to have multiple jobs, this is not for you.
-If you are not willing to work some weekends, or a few extra hours because the team needs you, this is not for you.
-If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.

***If you are a student, this is probably not for you. When I say this is 40+ hours a week, in CT Time zone, I mean ---------- negotiating on that.

Given that this is a SALES role, you are paid off of your performance and how many phone calls you book for our sales team.

Your income is determined by sales commissions, as you will be receiving % of sales closed.

Projected starting is around $ ---------- USD/month (about 10-12 USD/hour), with the opportunity to climb to $3-4K USD/month over the coming few months.

One thing's for sure - if you're hungry for $$$, this role can DEFINITELY meet your financial goals.

Ultimately, your compensation is tied to how well you perform as an appointment setter.

Again, if you like being paid hourly, this is NOT for you. We only want to reward those that produce results for the company.
