Position: Amazon Seller Central Managing Assistant


Reports to: Operations Director


Role within the company:

Debrief Me, sells on Amazon in 14 Markets. The role is to oversee Amazon Global

Team and to hire and scale the team and to be the point person for Amazon Seller Central issues


Responsibilities within the position:

Day to day monitoring and maintenance of Debrief Me's Amazon account worldwide
Daily sales tracking by updating, completing and submitting Daily SKU Sales Spreadsheet
Create Amazon shipping plans for any order being shipped to Amazon
Monitor and respond to all Amazon policy notifications within 24 hours of receipt
Monitor and protect listings from Hijackers and fraudulent behavior by outsiders
Investigate and dispute for removal, any negative feedback received when the cause of the negative feedback was not the result of Debrief Me error
Notify upper management immediately upon discovery of an issue and maintain communication regarding resolution until the issue has been corrected.
Update Amazon Images and EBC and Store Front
Uploading new listings and products
Flatfle proficient
Setting up Promotions
Monitoring and creating PPC campaigns
Overseeing DSP
Coordinate with Amazon reps in each Market
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, and transportation
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
On Board new Factories - design and consisting improve Process for on boarding
Drive and manage the tactical delivery of ongoing projects and company deliverables for all company initiatives and report back to CEO and team.
Lead Communication and maintenance with all 3PLS

Requirements to be considered for the position:

Excellent written and verbal communication
2 years experience in Amazon, Keywords Search, PPC
2 years experience with Seller Central Support
2 years of experience with Amazon Keyword search
A clear understanding of Amazon TOS
3 years Managing Amazon Seller Central in different countries
