Position: Facebook Ads Ninja

We are TRBO ADvance and we sell marketing services to MEDICAL PRACTICES. We offer marketing services such as SEO, Website creation and management, paid ads > including Facebook/Instagram Ads and Paid Social.

We are looking for someone who specializes in OPTIMIZING and Making FACEBOOK/INSTA AD Campaigns BETTER and enhance performance.

**IF you fit the job requirements below, please reach out. To be clear, this is a person who can work on EXITING ad campaigns in Facebook Ads and make them stronger. Someone who is data-driven and who has a PROVEN track record doing exactly this.

Job Requirements:
-- 5 years or more experience with managing Facebook/IG/Messenger ads and ad campaigns
-- Managed Conversion optimization campaigns required
-- Experience with custom tracking/pixel setup and mechanics on FB a SUPER plus
-- Facebook Blueprint certification a plus
-- Experience with automation software (such as Zapier) a plus
-- Experience with form survey leads (Typeform, Gravity Form) a plus
-- Organized and able to deliver detailed reporting on campaign performance, as well as self-manage deadlines and time
-- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, especially in regards to possible direct client communication.

Daily Tasks:
-- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities on Facebook
-- Optimize creative/copy/targeting when needed if costs per lead exceed desired range.
-- Troubleshoot lead quality/quantity issues, whether based on performance or technical issues.
-- Refresh ad copy when needed and be able to provide creative copy suggestions
-- Manage multiple Ad formats inside of Facebook.
-- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for campaign structuring, targeting, and all other areas of paid social ads, while maintaining and exceeding client goals.
-- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals -- tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid social initiatives.
-- Keep up to date with paid social industry trends/developments.
-- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
-- Collaborate closely with the other client-facing tea ---------- mbers to meet client goals and address concerns/trends.
