Sr. Web Developer

Our client is looking for a Sr. Web Developer who can work during US PST hours. Ideal candidate must have:

- Fluency in English
- Ability to work during regular business hours, Pacific Time
- Willing to put in at least 40 hours per week, sometimes more (depending on need and urgency). This is a salaried position, not an hourly position.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites, both using existing themes and also building them from scratch. Please include at least one example of a website built from scratch in the portfolio/resume
- Ability to manage plugins and make sure they do not glitch or cause errors/issues
- Modern (current and up to date) understanding of on-site SEO, and the ability to talk about it with the team
- Ability to create custom reports, goals, conversions, etc., in Google Analytics
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and direction
- Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and ---------- n custom code projects as needed
- Can identify and fix Google Search Console problems, including Core Web Vitals and Page Experience
