JOB OVERVIEW

We are a home care agency located just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. We are currently looking to grow our team with a highly motivated Scheduling Coordinator.

Main duties will be to ensure the client is never without care by scheduling caregivers to ensure their needs are met. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, prioritize and put the pieces of the puzzle together to make sure the caregivers have the schedule they are looking for and the clients have the schedules they request. Good follow-through is required (letting the client know what caregiver will be coming and letting the caregiver know about the client). Good documentation skills are essential.
There is a high level of customer service skills needed to ensure everyone is happy. Must be good at problem solving!

What we need:
Strong conversational English skills are a must.
Excellent customer service skills
An ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Assist with onboarding new clients and updating care plans based on nursing reports.
Ability to communicate efficiently via phone/email/text.
Manage a high volume of calls with ease
Ability to work on East Coast time from 8:30AM to 5PM
Work as a backup to our after hours on-call on a rotating basis (we have an on-call company, but must be available for backup if needed - schedule is approximately one week per month)


Required equipment.
High-speed internet connection with a backup system.
Cell phone with dependable service.
Ideal setup would be a computer with 2 monitors.

JOB DETAILS
This is a full-time (40 hour) position and hours are based on Eastern Standard Time.
Hours are 8:30AM – 5:00PM, so we are looking for night owls!

COMPENSATION
Monthly pay up to $800 USD per month depending on experience
PHI and SSS will be paid after 90 days of employment.

Prior experience with scheduling is a MUST. A healthcare background is a plus! (ideally in homecare)
We are looking for long-term, not a temporary position
