Hi there! I’m looking to hire a Top-Notch Individual based in the Philippines for a long term job who is available to work 8 hours/day M-F during UK business hours.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Write articles for me & posting them on our sites
• Writing and setting up email campaigns
• Organising and Re-scheduling appointments through email and outbound calls(credit will be provided)
• Sending out welcome and follow up emails to clients
• Sending out invoices
• Write and send out direct mail campaigns
• Handle customer service emails
• Do online research and data entry
• And other admin tasks
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week (to show you we are honest), then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays (UK): New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May Bank Holiday, Spring Bank Holiday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve (9 Days)
