Interior Designers (Commercial/Residential)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design/Architectural Design Course.
Computer proficiency in using AutoCAD, Sketch-up& Photoshopas major requirements.
Preferably with working experience in Class A commercial/residential projects.
Excellent in freehand sketching.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Extensive knowledge in FF & E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).
Must have creativity and imagination.
Skilled in multi-task project management.
Have a good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent creativity in designing and ability to execute the designs to suit the client's needs.
Can work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Can start immediately.

TASKS
Knowledge in FF&E selection and designs ( Furniture, Fixture and Equipment)
Able to develop a complete design solution based on a mood concept image or photo provided by Head of Design Department
Very good in Space planning using CAD software
Can do manual free hand sketches
Must be well versed in Photoshop
Abe to produce basic construction details for interiors that will be used for actual construction
Knowledge in Sketch-up software an added advantage
