Are you a professional telemarketer and enjoy real estate? We need you!

We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with leads and contacts. You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service, people who have been designated the administrator of an estate, and people we think might be ready to sell their house.

Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met. You will also be gathering information from clients and qualifying them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process

Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
Over 2 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
