Airbnb/VRBO Guest Experience Representative

We are a real estate company with a portfolio of short-term rentals. We are looking for one Customer Experience Agent to be a part of our team to handle all aspects of the guest experience.

Our team requires an agent to be a part of daily operations, handle guest communication, review processes and systems to see where improvement is possible and ensure that all standard operating procedures are in order.

You need to be able to communicate effectively with potential guests, complete daily tasks promptly, be reliably available on a daily basis, and have dependable access to the Internet and backup Internet.

Our goal is for our guests to have the best experience in each of our short-term rentals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Learn our system

2. Be responsible that all work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality

3. Develop a training material (SOPs)

4. Introduce team to various platforms, including but not limited to:

Smartbnb
Lodgify
Airbnb
HA / VRBO
Booking.com
Vivint
Properly or similar cleaners’ platform
Noise Aware
Trello or project management tool
Slack
Google Voice or similar voice program
Google Drive

5. Make recommendations to improve systems and existing technology

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

1. Research and implement new technology for improved internal processes and client fulfillment

2. Hands on experience identifying, effectively communicating, and productively navigating team challenges

3. Expert Experience Documenting proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining strong operational systems, Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

4. Strong working knowledge of commonly used online business platforms

COMPENSATION

This is an independent contractor position. The estimated time commitment is approximately 30+ hours per week.
