Project Manager / VA

Job Description
A design company is seeking professional, motivated and reliable project manager/virtual assistant to manage the design, production and delivery of custom presentations and infographic and video.

Project manager can work from their own location and is not required to work exclusively for the company as long as they do not work for any competing companies.

We looking for a super organised project manager /virtual assistant

Project manager will communicate with customers by phone and email. In-person contact is not required or expected.

This is a contractor position, compensation will start at $3.50/hr for 20hrs a week. More hours will be added if work is done well. In additional to the hourly wage you will be part of an incentive program for projects that are completed successful. There is a lot of room growth in this position.

- Must have worked in the design industry
- Must know how to use Asana
- Be using Linkedin
- Emailing on my behalf
- Must have worked with a company for 3 years+
- Must be available 4 hours a day anytime between 9:00a to 5:00p Sydney time
-Take inbound calls / make outbound calls to customers to gather required details for quoting and managing active projects.
-Must be able to use Adobe Illustrator
-Work with customer and designer to manage design process
-Work with printer to manage production process
-Work with customer and installation team to manage installations
- Process payments with customers
- Must be able to use VPN for Australia
