The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for general recruiting needs, they are responsible for all aspects of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of talent, as well as supporting other recruiting team members as needed. They will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of the recruiting process, from creating job requisitions, sourcing, and submission writeups
Essential functions:
-Recruit qualified and interested candidates, through job sites, and social media sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter
-Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates
-Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company and its culture
-Interviewing, assessing, and evaluating candidates objectively and consistently, and selecting talented candidates
-Assist in development of job search outlets (Indeed, LinkedIn) as well as daily maintenance of those venues
-Assist with and function as a team member for all recruiting functions
-Performs duties as assigned and provides support to the Recruiting Team
-Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment and retention activity, open positions and other data as requested
