PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take care of customers’ needs and questions (training and content will be provided for you to share with the clients)
• Scenario based training provided
• Schedule and book appointments for clients
• Make package recommendations through a series of questions to ask them (training will be provided for this)
• Call customers, prospects, and other vendors
• Most communication will be templated responses, but will require critical thinking to assess how communication should be addressed
• This is a communication job; email, text, phone calls, etc
• Check weather on upcoming appointments
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Handle reschedules
• Reach out to agents and builders for free shoots for training purposes
• Call agents for free graphics and websites (form fill out)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have reliable internet connection
• Must have professional environment for talking to clients on the phone
• Ambient noises like animals, traffics, and other distracting noises will not be accepted when talking to customers
• Must be able to speak fluent English
• Must have customer experience
• Must have experience talking on phone
• Must be objective driven meaning clients will call/text/email you for help. You must be able to identify what they are needing through conversation

WORKING HOURS:
• 10pm Monday night - 7am Tuesday (take an hour for break)
Monday night - Saturday morning

TYPICAL WORK DAY:
• Check emails, text messages, and voice messages
• Book appointments accordingly
• Return phone calls/texts/emails from clients
