Real Estate Cold Caller - long term

We are looking for someone who is upbeat and friendly with experience providing excellent customer service. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential new clients, building rapport and generating quality leads that turn into legitimate real estate transactions. Scripts and training will be provided. This position requires phone prospecting, which means understanding the needs of the client and providing options based on what they are saying
Position: Part Time (30 Hours per week), consistent hours each week , $3.50 per hour or $105 per week + Bonuses based on performance
(12pm-6pm Eastern Standard Time - Orlando)
Responsibilities:
Have Flawless data entry – your data will inform other tea ---------- mbers work, so consistently providing top-notch data is essential to the success of our team
Excellent communication both written and verbal. We want this to feel like a personal touch for clients, not a cold cookie-cutter call
Be Coachable – Our Clients will have diverse needs. Be open to learning new techniques to apply to your work, that will allow you to be more successful in helping our clients
Technology skills – experiences with Call tools and Google Apps preferred
Add detailed notes for anyone you speak to into the call log and information for follow-up in the appropriate spreadsheets
Be personable. This job is based on ability to connect with people over the phone. You need to be able to maintain a positive mindset though repetitive tasks
Cold calling or customer service experience preferred

Required Skills:
Must provide your own i5 or higher laptop, usb headset and quiet working environment
Have a professional working environment (no distractions, or background noise on calls)
Must have stable reliable internet connection
Must have top-notch English
Must be tech savvy- know how to use a smart phone, web applications and dialer system
Strong organizational skills required
Must be able to notate key points while on the phone with someone
Must be okay with daily rejection and remain upbeat
