Supply Chain Manager

Wheeloo is a young start-up that has set itself the goal of becoming the leading provider of e-bike accessories in the e-commerce sector. Every day we work on new solutions for the needs of our customers and attach great importance to first-class service. We had a few problems with long Out-of-Stock periods over the last time and want to fix this togehter with you.
We are looking for you as an Supply Chian Manager to support our team!

It is a part-time job with approx. 20 hours/week

Your Tasks:
- Keep the stock overview: You will check our stock and prepare Send Ins to the Amazon Fulfilment Warehouse
- Schedule orders: You find out, whats the best time to place a new order and how much quantity needs to be prepared. You will analyze our sales rate, production-time and freight-time to calculate the accurate order quantaty and order-date. The goal is: Do not get out of stock!
- Schedule freight: Book shipments or airfreights and keep the overview over all orders. You always know where are the goods and when do they arrive. You provide customs documents, and packing lists for our forwarder and always keep in touch with them.
