Account Manager - Digital Marketing Aency

We’re looking for a charismatic, quick-thinking, eagle-eyed and organised Account Manager for our marketing company based in Australia.

We are a female lead, young and fun agency that specialises in lead generation for trade and construction businesses. We provide an end-to-end digital marketing system for Australian & New Zealand businesses that achieves amazing results - our clients love us!
You’ll be overseeing a roster of clients from builders, plumbers, electricians, landscapers.... maybe even the off candlestick maker.

You'll be working closely with our digital marketing team to ensure our clients are happy, their marketing strategies are being fulfilled as well as being able to spot opportunities to up-sell existing clients and bring on new business opportunities as they arise.

Dive right into the role with access to our range of tools we use such as:

- GSuite
- Asana
- Slack
- Hubstaff

(Experience with these tools and systems will be highly regarded)
So, what kind of work will you be doing?

- Client communication of the project
- Onboarding new customers
- Experience working as an account manager in the digital marketing space on the agency side
- Be able to think quickly on their feet
