Thorough understanding of Social Media Marketing, Auto responders, Web page design (minimum HTML static, preferable PHP/MySQL)

Ability to perform under pressure.

Strong customer focus, no down time, ability to manage multiple projects.

It's not going to be an easy project - so fast learner is required who can pickup things quickly and document the processes as you go.

Close circuit communication with me to begin with. Eventually ability to replace me for logistical purposes
