Our company is looking for the next Virtual Assistant that can help us fulfill our company goals.
We are looking for someone who is a “jack of all trades.”
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various assigned tasks. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with the ability to use digital communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects, deliver high-quality work, and meet deadlines, all with minimum supervision.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns, strategies, including content creation and implementation schedules.
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, and blog content, or social media messages.

- Create graphic layouts via Canva etc. o 33 Touch Campaign o Monthly Newsletters
- Ability to create newsletters.
- Has the skill to create layouts and contents
- Prepare the list to call daily.
- Database Management
- Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of Health Insurance buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of sales pipeline.
- Manage leads and stay organized using our CRM, including adding and updating leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into the database.
