Commercial Insurance Agency Looking for Rockstar VA

Pacific United Insurance is a Commercial Insurance agency serving the construction industry.

Our Administrative VA will be working to help service our busy commercial insurance agency's back office.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, hard-working, and most importantly has a positive attitude!

Hours of Operations are Monday - Friday 8 AM- 4 PM PST

Applicants should have 2 monitors for ease of workflow and efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities to include:

1. Processing Endorsements and Policy Changes
2. Email clients new policy information and welcome packets
3. Quote and Issue Renewal Policies
4. Support Current VA staff with Processing
5. Provide a daily report via email of completed tasks
