WordPress Designer & Developer

The function of this job will be DEVELOPMENT. You MUST be an awesome WordPress developer. You must be able to get the work done in a timely fashion. This is a part-time job to help my designers and developers get minor assignments completed. I am looking for a talented and creative website designer that knows how to develop and design in WordPress. All sites are custom designed. My company has been in business since 2010. We are looking to add a talented website designer and developer (proficient in WordPress). We use the Oxygen theme.

Critical Responsibilities

- Experienced in installing and editing WordPress websites

- MUST be able to develop Responsive website designs
- Must know how to develop conversion-oriented websites
- Must know how to develop a proper Home page
- Must know how to develop and format inner pages
- Must be easy to reach
- Must have a portfolio of work to show me
- Bonus if you have minimum basic SEO knowledge
- Must use our project manager tool (Teamwork)
- Nice if you can design websites as well but development is the main criteria

I will test you out by asking you to design a site of my choice in WordPress as a way to test your abilities. I will also quiz you in-depth on conversion orientation. I have an immediate need.

I am looking for someone that takes pride in their work, is willing to work hard, can get assignments done on time, and is available during their work hours.
