E-Commerce Assistant / Web Content Assistant

I own multiple companies. I am looking for one person to assist with two companies I own.

1) E-Commerce Company selling products that assist individuals with various issues related to certain health conditions
Tasks: (initially 70% of the time)
A) Setup Shopify Storefront to replace existing E-Commerce Storefront
a. Design / Modify an appropriate Shopify Theme or template
b. Assemble images and infographics for sliders, category pages, items, and informational content
c. Edit and proofread content and upload to Shopify, Social Media(Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin), and other sites
d. Identify products to add to our catalog that could assist our customers
e. Source products to be added to our catalog
f. Monitor inventory and recommend purchasing to maintain appropriate inventory levels based on sales forecasts.
g. Add Products to Shopify to include title, description, pricing, images, metadata, keywords, SEO words

B) Manage Amazon business (FBA and Merchant Fulfilled)

a. Monitor Messages from Amazon that need Action
b. Monitor inventory and alert when items need to be restocked
c. Manage pricing to provide strong sales while maintaining profit margins


2) B2B IT Managed Service Company – Provides B2B IT services to Government, Non-Profit and Business Clients

Tasks: (30% of the time)

A) Assist with Website content
a. Proofread and edit content
b. Create infographics, images to supplement written content
c. Source images from vendors, royalty-free image sources, and our internal library of images
d. Ensure all materials that are public-facing share our design, fonts, and Color Schemes

B) Assist with Social Media Marketing
a. Linkedin – Submit content & Posts to Feed, interact with potential customers, vendors, and Partners by Online Communications and setting up meetings and follow-up conversations.
b. Instagram – Create an Instagram account for this business
c. Facebook – Publish content and photos as required.
C) Assist in the creation of “Leave Behind” materials used in sales calls
a. Product Sheets
b. Service Sheets
c. Co-Branded Sheets (Us and Vender)

In addition, with any available time once things are underway I will assign various projects to be completed when time allows. Projects would be of an office administrator or executive assistant in nature.
