Customer Support for WordPress Websites

We need a WordPress-savvy customer service oriented account manager that can:

1. Communicate directly with clients to understand ?client support requests, and document them clearly

2. Assign support tickets to support staff

3. Conduct quality control to make sure tickets are completed as per your communication and documented tasks

4. Escalate tickets is support team is unable to complete task

5. Communicate with clients to let them know their requests have been completed and make sure they are complete to their satisfaction.

Requirements
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent spoken English
-Excellent written English
-Cheery and positive can-do attitude
-Knowledge of WordPress
-Available during work hours (CST USA)
-Your own computer equipment & reliable / fast Internet connection
-Knowledge of SEO would be helpful
