IT & Social Media expert for art e-commerce business

I am looking for a full-time webmaster, social media and lead generation expert to help me set-up and run an e-commerce business selling artworks, prints and gifts. The successful candidate needs to be a proficient English speaker with impeccable writing skills as well as a technical all-rounder with the variety of skills listed below. They need to be able to help me set up as quickly as possible and begin to generate sales.

Skills required as below.

Wordpress: Initially I require help with completing my Wordpress website, which is about 80% complete. The website is half in Elementor which I would like to get away from and transfer the relevant pages to the wordpress editor or divi. I need an expert in woocommerce and e-commerce to help me add and manage my products.


Facebook & instagram shops: I need a social media expert to sync my ---------- product ---------- with a facebook and instagram shop.

CRM & email marketing: I need help with setting up a CRM and email campaign systems. I am leaning towards Mailerlite or Active Campaign but am open to suggestions and would like to discuss with the PRO.

Sales & lead generation: I am looking for an expert in generating leads and converting them to sales. I am looking for an expert in lead magnets, click funnels, customer journeys and nurture sequences.

Social media ads & management: Once systems are in place, I would like ongoing help with social media management, lead generation, email campaigns and ads. I would like someone with great experience in running successful social media ad campaigns and generating sales. Graphic expertise is also essential to help with social media posts.
