The Opportunity
As the Lead Generation Director, you will be in charge of leading our company's lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for creating a successful lead generation department by evaluating and developing lead generation strategies, planning and coordinating lead generation efforts, communicating the lead generation plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brand. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.


There will be a paid task given to applicants who progress to that stage of the interview process.

- Overseeing lead generation functions across the business
- Develop, build and manage high-quality outreach lead generation programs
- Evaluating and developing our lead generation strategy and marketing plan
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and implementing lead generation efforts
- Communicating the lead generation plan, efforts, and results to the executive team
- Researching demand for our products and services
- Competitor research analysis
- Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
- Identifying potential customers
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return
on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Developing and managing paid advertising campaigns
- Building brand awareness and positioning
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Coordinating lead generation projects from start to finish
- Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external reports for management staff review
- Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, and running a marketing team
- Proven successful lead generation campaign experience
- Effective time management skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
