Mobile Apps developer

We are looking for mobile app developer that can use the Ionic framework to develop mobile apps to our company. This is a plus if you can also develop backend-server using sails.js or meteor.js but this is not a requirement.
You need to have some skills about Google Maps and Videos that will be used in the app.
