Looking to hire 2 freelancers

Hello,
My name is Brandon, I own a real estate investment company that I run virtually. I am looking for a virtual assistant to provide cold calling to generate leads for my team. I will provide the dialer system, scripts, training, etc. I just need one or two honest hardworking assistance to help me generate quality leads

Expectations:
2 to 3 qualified leads per day
Speaks English with minimum accent
Be able to build rapport and communicate with American homeowners
Be trainable and willing to learn about the real estate market
Must be able to carry on casual conversations - this is the most important
Must be able to follow instructions
Long-term assistant

Real estate code calling experience preferred but not required!
Cold calling experience required!

Hired on a part-time basis, 10 hours per week. Can be given 15-20 hours per week once probation period is over ( 3 weeks). Pay is $3USD/ hour. Interviewing this week! Please reach out ASAP.
