Hi, my name is Shely, I am looking for a Graphic Designer with a well-rounded understanding of design and branding both on and offline.You will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. You will have knowledge in Design and an understanding of competitors, emerging trends, and technologies to share with the team.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Are you someone who:
Has proven graphic designing experience in important disciplines and with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop), creation of design layouts, presentation decks, illustrations, banners, flyers, blog posts, etc.
Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and ---------- n study design briefs and determine requirements.
Is very organized with strong time ---------- n Conceptualize visuals based on ---------- n develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
Has excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Is a quick learner with a great work ethic.
Has a positive attitude and is patient.
Is an outstanding problem solver.
Is proactive and not afraid to ask ---------- n start immediately.
Must be able to work during 8 am-5pm MST Time (Phoenix, Arizona).
Minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
