Rockstar Real Estate Appointment Setter

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Appointment Setters to join our team. The Appointment Setters will be responsible for for calling our leads, communicating with potential buyer/seller, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth set appointment process.

Duties:

*Communicating with house owners, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
*Arranging and setting appointments
*Understanding customers' needs and identifying appointment opportunities.
*Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
*Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
*Able to handle objections
*Researching and qualifying new leads.


Requirement
* Able to work on EST business hours (Mon - Fri 8 am-4 pm EST)
* Excellent communication skills
* Has a NEUTRAL ACCENT
*With at least 6months of sales experience.

Payment:
* Bi-weekly payment through Paypal
*Hourly Rate + commission per client sign up.
