JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for acquiring desirable media space for the purposes of acquiring advertising leads. The Facebook Ad Buyer, using market research information, such as demographics, media usage, ratings, and the type of content, will be responsible for identifying the best possible venue or medium for an advertising campaign.

Additionally, the Digital Media Buyer is responsible for building, prioritizing, testing, and measuring lead gen focused Facebook Ad campaigns including but not limited to campaign planning, budget, audience research, competitive analysis, QA, and ad copy creation. This role is also responsible for optimizing that eye-on-screen time by researching the digital habits of target demographics and buying up ad space that is most relevant to investors seeking to influence that target ---------- sential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Set up client Facebook ad accounts or access current accounts
• Being able to get on calls with clients via zoom and manually get access to their business manager - live on a zoom call.
• Onboard clients and gain access to their accounts, pages, pixels
• Define, measure, and evaluate relevant media KPIs
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
• Must maintain a thorough understanding of our business objectives and audience in order to identify ongoing optimization opportunities
• Responsible for ongoing ad creation and testing
• Partner closely with members of the Executive Management team, external clients, and cross-functional tea ---------- mbers to ensure key insights are constantly disseminated and put into action across various marketing channels.
• Find opportunities to improve efficiencies with key processes.
• Responsible for on-going monitoring of emerging industry trends in online lead generation that may improve performance/lead generation.
• Onboard clients and gain access to their accounts, pages, pixels
• Manage bids and budgets across to ensure cost efficiency and fulfillment
• Build, optimize, and report on campaigns in Facebook, Google ad and other platforms for existing and future clients
• Manage several social platforms simultaneously

Qualifications/Skills/Software:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Knowledge of traditional and digital advertising trends.
• Must have experience in Facebook ad buying and account set up
• Continue to grow the Company Brand
• Excellent analytical, project management, and time management skills
• Superior negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to work well in a remote team setting.
• 5 + years of Digital Marketing experience or experience in related field
• 3+ years of ad buying experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel—VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to keep timelines and meet deadlines

Plus: If you have experience with Google Ads - this is a plus.

Preferred Education/Certifications:
Facebook Blueprint certification - preferred.
