Customer Service Representative

A US-based manufacturing company is seeking for a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) with a set of required skills and a pleasant personality to assist existing and potential customers with inquiries on routine basis.
CSS works closely with production and shipping departments

Required hours: 9AM to 5PM EDT (US Eastern Time Zone), Monday through Friday.
Required skills:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English;
- Exceptional communications skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A proven record of professional experience in the relevant field
- Self-motivated, quick learner and a team player
