Customer Support Representative

Job Role: Customer Support Service
Work Remotely: Yes
Company: Orders2me
Work Hours and Schedule: 9 AM to 6 pm (EST) Monday to Friday (please be flexible)
Work Duration: 5 Days/ Week & 2 Rest Days

Responsibilities and Duties.
-Follow up with customers
-Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
-Assist with queries from customers
-Ability to multi Task and Organized.
-Work on Ad Hoc Task as necessary

Job Specification/Information:
-Full-Time work (Flexible working Schedule)
-Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
-Great Behavior in working
-Preferably with prior customer service support
-Preferably with experience in eCommerce processes but not required.
-Ability to work quickly under pressure.
-A good working computer, headset, and internet connection.
