JOB OVERVIEW
Responsibilities:
Required-
• Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit the
specified purpose
• Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style,
format, content production and timescales
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for company presentations, marketing
collaterals, product illustrations, company logos, and websites and as specified
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through relevant
research channels
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style
and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
Desired-
• Concept planning through information and materials study to complete the visual
design work
• Concept illustration and design direction including but not limited to layout of art
and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic
concepts

Experience:
• Proven graphic designing experience
• Proven possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and
originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Proven professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
Knowledge:
• Intermediate to advance knowledge on Adobe Photoshop C6 or CC
• Intermediate to advance knowledge on Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledgeable in using MS Powerpoint 2010 and above version
• Knowledgeable in using flash or any softwares to create animation/video
