As our marketing and operations leader, you will be working full-time managing and leading the Ecommerce operations for the team to power growth through your operations and marketing work.

Your Main Responsibilities

Proposing and executing operational activities and provide support to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
Handling sales orders for e-commerce stores and channel partners as well as managing email/message enquiries from customers and ---------- municating with operations partners to ensure smooth sales capture and delivery
Responsible for inventory management, transfers and allocation.
Liase with logistic partners and third part vendors to ensure smooth delivery operations and ---------- nding collateral and liaising with inbound operational requests
Providing administrative and operational support where necessary.

Update and make website changes
Work on Digital Marketing and SEO- shopify ecommerce tasks, web trends, ecommerce trends,
Produce Operation notes
Work with our social media partners, influencers and thought-leaders to drive awareness to our products


Requirements

Excellent command of written and spoken English
Competent in maths
Poly, Uni or post-grad students welcomed!
Self-starter, self motivated with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent thinking
Writes very well.
