JOB OVERVIEW

About the company:
We are a growing digital media agency primarily focused on vehicle manufactures and dealers (Caravans, motorbikes, Ag equipment etc.) and related industries.
We have a delivery team of specialists (SEM, Social, Graphics etc.) and are looking to add someone to manage our Facebook ads.

Responsibilities:

• Build campaign strategy, structure etc. to enable efficient and profitable management.
• Set up events/conversion points
• Audience research
• Writing Copy for Facebook Ads and building ads (graphics/videos will be supplied)
• Working closely with our graphic designer to create ads that convert.
• Working closely with our PPC manager to craft copy (we generally manage clients across ---------- and Facebook)
• ROI: Generating leads and sales
• Proactive account management
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and insights in order to achieve maximum ---------- in Facebook
• Competitive monitoring and research
• Troubleshooting
• End of month Reporting and ad-hock reports
• Keeping up to date with the latest social development

You will be managing Facebook Ad accounts for multiple brands and will be responsible for the success of these accounts.

Who would be a great fit:
This role is for someone with 4-5 years of solid experience managing Facebook ads.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team player, someone with an inquisitive mind who is always trying to improve themselves (and not afraid to test and try new things even if they fail). Ideally, they would have an interest in our markets and be commercially savvy. This is an attention to detail and problem-solving role.
You should:
• Know your way around Business manager & a Facebook Pixel
Facebook ---------- experienced
• Experience with Facebook ads, funnels and page posts
• Have strong copywriting skills
• Have strong excel skills - You MUST be good with numbers
• Brand aware – must always be conscious of our clients brand identity and ensure what the agency produces delivers on that.
