Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:
- Assist customers by phone, e-mail, and/or chat.
- Solve problems and create magical ---------- nts for customers every day!
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Complete mandatory training.
- Use tools and programs, research accounts, review options and solutions for customers, and communicate with them effectively.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements:
- 2 years of e-Commerce customer service experience with a company based in the USA. Preferably in the apparel industry, but other e-commerce industries are fine.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible to changes at work.
- Type at least 60 WPM.
- Have and maintain a positive attitude every day.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to complete tasks independently.
- Must have a reliable computer and reliable ---------- ernet

- Upload (2mpbs and up)
Computer
- Computer processor (at least i5 & 4GB Ram)
- 2nd monitor is a plus

Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Shipstation.
- Ability to work overtime.

Operating Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST
