Hello everyone,

I’m looking for a virtual assistant that can help me grow my company. My mission is to change as many lives as possible and I need your help. My company helps local businesses by partnering with them to do their marketing. I have a system that gets them incredible ---------- general I have been told that I'm a great boss. I articulate clear expectations and keep things simple. I have worked remotely with people from the Philippines for a while now. Sometimes the relationship even lasts a few years. This position has the potential to last a very long time.


VAs must have:
- A high school degree
- Fluent English
- Competency and motivation
- Former experience Jarvas
- Former content writing experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace

I'm looking for someone who has experience with Jarvis. I want to have you create a ton of words every week and the fastest way to do this is by using that software. I have no experience with the software so if you aren't experienced with the software I can't support you with learning it.

The second software we will use is Surfer SEO which helps us figure out what kind of content to have Jarvis create. Ideally you have used this software also. I have experience with Surfer SEO so this part we can work together with.

I need someone who is comfortable writing and speaking English so we can publish the best content. The reason I made this job part time is because I'm not sure anyone could do this 40 hours per week efficiently. So this is a good gig if you are looking for part time.

The rate is $250 US per month. This translates to 12600 PHP at todays rate. Payment is done via Western Union 2x per month. If you have a Bank Of Philippines account it can be directly deposited there but because we are based in the US it can take a few days. So be prepared for that. This is the only option or paper check from our company which can take weeks.

Our policy is to be generous with sick days and personal days ---------- pecially right now with Covid. We prefer that you have already had your vaccination. Our other employee in PH is vaccinated and based on US law we have the right to require that. If you have no intention of getting a vaccination please do not apply for this position. I certainly understand that you might not have access to it yet but we want our team to be made up of people who take this seriously. We honor all holidays in both countries. And one week paid vacation for every six months of ---------- covid sick days for unvacinated. I understand that there is weather, internet, family emergencies. We can work with all that. You get the day off for your birthday. Just get the vaccine and we won't have to worry.

This position is going to have a fairly strict daily work requirement. Our definition of part time is 20 hours per week. we prefer that you would work 4 hours per day 5 days per week.(Especially for the first few weeks - so we can more efficiently get you trained.) We don't care when you work but we do need work to be turned in 5 days per week to start. If you are only available 4 days per week and want to double up one of those days that is fine just let us know. The work turned in is how we determine how many hours you worked so quality and speed is a factor. Because we are looking for tangible content it's going to require that you actually put in the time every week.If work is going slow we will need to focus on how to build in efficiencies and figure out what is causing a bottle neck. Again it helps if you have experience using conversion.ai.
