Our firm is looking for a TOP PERFORMER to fill the role of lead gen Associate. The lead gen associate will be responsible for executing effective lead generations strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's member base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm. Tremendous opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct all aspects of successful online sales campaigns; generate significant profitable growth through member retention/further development of other online products, classes and workshops.
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
• Modify marketing efforts based on availability of resources and opportunities to maximize ROI on existing marketing programs.
• Identify several viable partner relationships in applicable industrial markets to grow the brand and attract new members
• Develop the concepts for new products and courses for Better Than Success That are inline with member-base and marketplace demand
• Manage and direct all aspects of successful sales campaigns; generate significant profitable growth through retention/further development of major accounts.
• Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Manage email marketing campaigns for maximum open and conversion rates
• Create and manage effective and efficient sales funnels
• Write effective sales copy for landing pages
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

Skills
• 3 months with lead gen experience role• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with ----------
• Proficiency with go high level
• Proficiency with social media lead generation
• Proficiency with outbound email lead generation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of google Office programs
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong copywriting skills is a plus
