Non-Native Mobile App Developer

Looking for someone/a team to build a hybrid app we can place on the App Store and on the Google Play/Android app store. Ideally experience in backend and frontend design. I can write the copy and design wireframes for reference.

This app pulls API data from a few ingredient databases for skincare and beauty. It will then allow users to search via search box or barcode scanning for specific products. Once at least 2 products are added, the app will cross-reference the ingredients of the added products and display and save any common ingredients.

The user will have their own profile (signed in via Google/FB API or email & password) they can save these common ingredients. The app will also be able to recommend to the user products that do or do not have their saved ingredients.

The app will also have 3rd party advertising (e.g.banner ads from an app monetization platform), the ability for advertisers to sponsor a product, and eventually paid/subscription options for users to have advanced options.

Ideally, the API/backend that powers the app search and profile could also be added to the website for users to use the website version instead of the mobile app if needed (but this isn't a must-have in this first app build).
