Netsuite Implementation Consultant

As a NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will be working directly with Project Leads/Managers to execute NetSuite implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project methodology. Key responsibilities include evaluating production NetSuite environments, mapping client requirements to Netsuite capabilities and services, providing timely communications, and coordinating activities between NetSuite developers, solution providers, and end-users.

• Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews
• Setting up SuiteFlow and configuration
• Knowledge of Netsuite’s partner community to provide client guidance to requirements that need third party support
• Training internal users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications
• Evangelizing the capabilities of NetSuite across the organization and driving user adoption
• Managing multiple streams of work, actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Following best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation
• Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into client's infrastructure
• Work alongside the project lead to implement process improvements with systematic solutions
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting


Requirements:

• 3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite applications/services,
• NetSuite Administrator Certification and/or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of NetSuite's Cloud / SaaS based business software systems (ERP / CRM)
• Experience as a NetSuite Consultant
• Strong experience in evaluating, using, and/or managing cloud-based applications and services
• Experience in pre-sales, product implementation, training and providing client support within the NetSuite environment
• Experience throughout the complete NetSuite software development life cycle
• Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities. Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline
• Knowledgeable in relational database architecture and methods including hands-on experience in developing SQL queries desired
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong task management skills
