Job Summary

We are a US-based Virtual Assistant Services company that gives back a portion of our income to the community. We are looking for a Non-Profit Coordinator to identify opportunities to give back, plan and coordinate give back programs, and organize a group of volunteers who are willing to help channel the culture of giving back to communities in need.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a real passion for serving the community, has experience working with government and non-government organizations in organizing community outreach programs, able and willing to attend graveyard scheduled online meetings around twice a week, and is able to communicate effectively in English.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Identifying communities in need and opportunities for the company to help

Creating a plan for outreach programs in identified communities

Reaching out to government agencies and non-government organizations to strengthen the organization’s ability to make an in impact in the communities in need

Organizing a group of volunteers who are willing to assist the organization in outreach programs

Present necessary progress reports to the organization and direct superior

Suggest projects and other activities to improve the organization and its ability to perform its mission

Qualifications:

Has experience working with government and non-government organizations in organizing community outreach programs

Able and willing to attend graveyard scheduled online meetings around twice a week

Able to communicate effectively in English

Has stable internet connection and backup

Has a real passion for serving the community
