Recruitment Assistant

A company in USA is looking for a motivated Recruiter, who is a ambitious.
Experience:
-Minimum 6 months - 3 years of Recruiting experience
-Experience with both business development and recruiting
-Experience sourcing/research. While sending the cover letter include the word Miracle on your subject line.
-has experience with both staffing and direct hire placements.
-can do end to end recruitment (source, interview, set up interview, follow up, make sure they show up to first day of work)
-experience working with US companies and candidates
-Knowledge social media, application databases, job boards and professional networks.
-You will be working from 8am-4pm PST. This is a full time long term job, so applicant must be committed.
-Very strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Duties:
- Graveyard shift ONLY
- Recruitment/Sourcing
- Virtual Assistant / Email Marketing
- Some Business Development
- Medical/Healthcare Staffing
