Wholesale - Virtual Assistant

We are a wholesale distributor of liquidations across multiple product categories. Our company has been in business for 13 years and is growing. We sell to mass retailers such as Ross and TJ Maxx.

We are looking for a virtual assistant who can help with the following duties. Experience is preferred with the listed tasks:

- Prepare excel catalogs with our product offerings ( proficiency with data entry and excel is a MUST )
- Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Organized, superior communication
- Experience with Email Marketing
- Ability to work on PST schedule
- Experience with setting up shipments for mass retailers such as Ross and TJ Maxx.
- Hardworking and resilient attitude with the ability to pivot based on our business needs
- Experience with sales is not required but must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Experience with FBA is a plus!
- Must have high speed internet
- This position is 40 hours per week
