We are looking for a Producer / Video Editor to primarily create content for
This is a channel that focuses on videos in the Style of NAS daily. If you are a NAS daily, Project Nightfall, or Whatsup Tony fan, then this is a job for you! If you have had training with the NAS Academy creator master course, then that is a major plus!
You will be creating videos & multimedia content for a travel channel where that creates 50% of thier stories in the Philippines and the other 50% around the world. The focus is on creating stories for viewers to understand humanitarian causes and take action!
We looking for one or more applicants who have an eye for cultural nuance, who care for humanitarian causes, and are wanting to make a difference in people's lives by sharing meaningful stories

Requirements:
*Must have at least 3+ years in Premiere Pro and After Effects
*we are looking for someone to join the team on a long term basis (multiple years to come)
* Have high-level critical thinking skills
*If you need lots of instructions, then this may not be the right fit for you. We value your creativity and own discernment
* Experience and knowledge in using Motion graphics tools like after-effects is required (lower thirds, showing a map, transitions, engaging graphics)
***Be to write conversational English (US). C1 or more.

This position is for someone who:
*Is very analytical, especially with regards to humanitarian causes and social welfare
*Is an intelligent, abstract thinker – you need to be a cerebral type, able to comfortably run “thought experiments” to drive down to underlying principles for video topics & ideas
*Be a meticulous researcher of trends, sustainable development, World affairs, and the tourism industry
*Can organize thoughts clearly – outlining is hugely important for producing a good video edit
*Gets sustainable development – you’ll learn lots on the job, but you need to have a sharp intuitive understanding of cultural nuance and how we can help people change thier communities
*Likes humanitarian causes and travel videos – if you don’t like watching them, you’re not gonna like spending your days producing them!
*Have a good command of the English language in written form
*If you are good at
*If you have experience in production management for either broadcast production or 2d/3d animation, that's a plus!
*Being in the Davao region is a plus! (we have employees who are there currently)
*interest in gamification or video games is a plus! (Gamification through videos is our secret sauce [ie hiding a hidden emoji in the video, rewarding people who screenshot it, and send to our Instagram w/ a special quote to increase total view time]
