SPANISH SPEAKER CUSTOMER SERVICE

This job will be contacting clients and helping them negotiate debt with the USA banks and collection agencies. The job will be mostly on the phone and during Easter Standard Time Hours. About 30-40 hours a week.

Customer Service skills need to be excellent
Spanish and English ( good and fluent conversational level is REQUIRED)
You must be able to work under pressure and multitask and handle complaints.
Basic knowledge about (word, chrome and tech is needed)
