About the Opportunity:

What You’ll Do:
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Develop and maintain lead relationships through phone calls,
- Achieve new orders.
- Receive and make between 75 and 125 inbound / outbound calls daily. Must be proactively contacting leads to convert into sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction using our CRM application.
